Payment: All payments must be made in full before the delivery or pickup of the merchandise. We accept payments in the form of cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.

1. Delivery and pickup: Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled with the customer after the payment is processed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate space to receive the merchandise and that the delivery location is accessible.

2. Returns and exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Warranty: All of our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.

4. Custom orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will work with the customer to ensure that the final product meets their specifications, but we cannot guarantee that the finished product will exactly match any samples or designs provided.

5. Limitation of liability: Our liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the merchandise. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the merchandise.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State.

7. Changes to terms and conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
