From Vision to Vinyl
Welcome to our ‘How It’s Done’ guide — where we take your school’s vision and turn it into safer, more colourful, privacy-focused window graphics that replace blinds and lift the entire environment.
Step 1 - Get in touch
Let us know what you’d like to improve - safeguarding, upgrading blinds, or refreshing the look of your school.
We’ll talk through ideas, budgets, themes, and which type of window graphic suits your space (one-way vision for privacy, full colour, frosted, curriculum themes, etc.).
Step 2 — Send Rough Measurements & Photos
To price your project properly, we just need:
Approximate window sizes (e.g., 7m × 2m)
A few clear photos of the area
This gives us enough to work out the meterage, materials, and layout before designing.
Step 3 — Design & Quote
Using your sizes, theme and any curriculum ideas,
we create your first visual.
We then give you a fixed, all-in price covering:
Creative design
High-quality one-way-vision printing
Installation
All materials and labour
Clear, transparent, no surprises.
Step 4 — Deposit & Final Measurements
Once you approve the initial design and quote,
a deposit is taken to secure the project.
After this, we visit your school to take exact, precise measurements, check the windows, and confirm all installation details.
We then refine the artwork to match the exact sizes and prepare it for print.
(Blinds are not removed — our graphics go on the outside of the glass.)
Step 5 — Print & Install
Your graphics are printed on premium one-way-vision vinyl, giving you privacy from the outside while keeping full visibility from the inside.
On installation day, we fit the graphics to the external side of the windows, cleanly and professionally, with minimal disruption to the school day.
Schools can keep or remove blinds at their discretion — the graphics work independently.
